In the beginning, it all started with a love for writing and an insatiable curiosity about the pursuit of happiness. Back in high school, I embarked on a blogging adventure, weaving tales and delving into the realms of happiness research to connect with like-minded. The site was called Choose Happy. Each week, as my posts went live, the outpouring of support and engagement from readers fueled my passion even more. When I went to graduate school, regrettably, my beloved blog had to take a backseat.

And now, this blog is born, and I could not be more excited to start writing and sharing again. While happiness won't be the central theme, it will come up, as we venture into the world of storytelling, the appreciation of beauty, and the wonder of life's adventures.
